MEET OUR TEAM
Jessica Andersen:
From an early age, Jessica knew she wanted to pursue a career in the legal field. She attended the paralegal program at Georgetown University and quickly established herself as a versatile and accomplished professional. After nearly two decades as a complex litigation paralegal, Jessica seized the opportunity to lead the compliance program for a medical professional liability insurance company. She has a proven track record of implementing comprehensive compliance strategies, conducting risk assessments, and providing strategic guidance on complex issues at the intersection of law and medicine.

Jessica is known for her meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and unwavering commitment to integrity. She has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor in the legal and compliance community. Her leadership and collaborative approach have consistently driven positive outcomes, positioning her as a key contributor to the success and growth of the organizations she has served.
Jena Smanz:
Like Jessica, Jena knew from a young age she wanted to pursue a career in the legal field; at a young age she even wanted to be a lawyer. Jena got her start in the legal field working as a receptionist in a family law firm. She loved the legal field from the start and quickly climbed the ladder to legal assistant and then to paralegal. Jena loved being her attorneys' right hand and excelled in her role as a paralegal. She knew she had found the career she wanted and she obtained her degree in paralegal studies.
Jena has worked for attorneys who love to explore new areas and take on complex cases so she got to explore and learn with them. She’s experienced in civil litigation, family and probate law, among others. Jena’s dedication to the profession has recognized her as trusted and reliable within the legal community.
While Jena loves being a paralegal and a legal document preparer, she is always striving to further her knowledge, skills, and her career. She is currently working towards obtaining licensure to become Arizona’s newest Legal Paraprofessional in the area of family law.
