Jessica Lenoch
From an early age, Jessica knew she wanted to pursue a career in the legal field. She attended the paralegal program at Georgetown University and quickly established herself as a versatile and accomplished professional. After nearly two decades as a complex litigation paralegal, Jessica seized the opportunity to lead the compliance program for a medical professional liability insurance company. She has a proven track record of implementing comprehensive compliance strategies, conducting risk assessments, and providing strategic guidance on complex issues at the intersection of law and medicine.

Jena Smanz
Like Jessica, Jena knew from a young age that she wanted a career in the legal field. She began her journey as a receptionist at a family law firm, where her curiosity quickly set her apart. Jena immersed herself in the work—reading incoming mail, researching rules, and learning the details of cases simply for the joy of understanding them.
​
Her drive and aptitude propelled her rapidly from receptionist to legal assistant and then to paralegal. As a paralegal, Jena thrived as her attorneys’ right hand, consistently delivering high-quality work and dependable support. Confident she had found her calling, she earned her degree in paralegal studies and committed herself fully to the profession.

Throughout her career, Jena has worked alongside attorneys who embrace complex matters and new areas of law, allowing her to grow alongside them. She has gained experience in civil litigation, family law, probate law, and more. Her dedication, reliability, and professionalism have earned her a strong reputation within the legal community.

While Jena is passionate about her work as a paralegal and legal document preparer, she remains focused on continual growth. She is currently pursuing licensure to become Arizona’s newest Legal Paraprofessional, specializing in family law.
